Customer Support: 
I have over 7 years of experience providing excellent customer service and have catered to clients from the US, Canada and Australia. My background in this field combined with dedication and good communication skills will make me a real asset to any company that I work for.  

Lead Generation:  
I have a solid experience in Lead Generation. I am well-versed in utilising different extensions, websites and softwares to generate leads. I am very effective in finding VERIFIED emails for CEOs, VP, CIO, real estate leads etc. 

Credit Repair:
I have a broad experience in Credit Repair. I am knowledgeable in understanding/reading credit reports and creating dispute letters for late or deragatory items. I am very efficient in following through and in monitoring disputes for each customers to make sure we’ll have the best result from creditors/collection agencies/credit bureaus. 

eCommerce: 
I have a vast experience in eCommerce, primarily Amazon and eBay. Some of the tasks I have handled in the past were product listing, product title optimization, order fulfilment, processing refunds/returns, providing customer support, and handling claims.
