Profile Description

Here is a quick overview of my strength and skills.
I have been in the BPO industry for almost 10 years now. I am well organized, efficient and self-motivated. I believe I have acquired relevant skills over the years that are necessary to perform the job assigned. My goal has always been to exceed the expectations of both my employer as well as my customers. I worked as a customer service representative for a telecommunications account for half a year, worked for customer service under a financial account that handles prepaid debit card transactions and then got promoted as a subject matter expert for US clients for about 7 years. I have also worked the same level of expertise but have handled retail and financial service for UK customers, I also perform Quality audits for voice and non-voice interactions of the team to ensure efficiency of work. I work closely with the Operations in developing action plans for target KPI and organizes agent activities to drive engagement and performance. I also have worked as a customer service associate that handles life insurance policies for US clients.
Although the above is only a brief snapshot, my other strengths include strong work ethics and professionalism towards the people I've worked with.
