Profile Description

• Analyzes XML provided to check for format and structure ---------- termines product specifications and requirements specified by the Information Provider. Ensures that the data structure is platform compliant.
• Communicates with client and the vendor to be able to gather all needed information and to plan out all necessary changes to make for the database for Reload and Updates.
• Create/Update XSLT File for data conversion using Stylus Studio. Executes programming scripts to create prototypes of the database product.
• Loads data in different environments. Reviews iterative test loads to confirm that the implementation adheres to the design specifications.
• Determining database environment set up for database from development through production implementation
• Maintain/Update configuration files and documents in JIRA and Confluence Page.
• Monitor any issues entered by the Client. Analyze, Investigate and Resolves reported issues filed as defects in JIRA. Also, Updates tracking tool to reflect actual work, progress, status.
• Investigates cause of delays, client-feedback and production errors and prepares report. Provides fixes to problems raised from Production/QA group.
• Creates Work Order instruction in ORION for Production Analyst and QA (scheduled updates) for the databases.
•
Monitoring and Coordinating with Production Analyst and Quality Assurance to make sure that projects/updates/database were being promoted successfully and meets with the database requirements
• Managing the tasks of generating capacity plans for upcoming projects
• Perform manual testing
and Create Test Plan for the provided solution to ensure that it will work properly before passing to Production Analyst and/or Quality Analyst.
? Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), Adobe Photoshop CS 5 and CS 6,

• Basic knowledge and/or experience in XML, HTML, basic shell scripting, UNIX/Linux Command line.
• Familiarity in Desktop-PC Hardware & Peripherals installation and troubleshooting, able to set up a Computer.
• Tools: Putty, Helix, Orion, Citrix, FileZilla, CMD, RDP, Amazon WorkSpace, Jira, XSLT, Stylus Studio.
