I have more than 3 YEARS of experience in real estate as a VA appointment setter, aside from cold calling, I also have experience in texting, answering emails, some admin tasks, social media management specifically in FB, skip tracing, comping properties and follow up specialist. I also handled various kinds of CRM'S like -Batch Lead,-Batch Dialler,-Call Tools (Old and New Versions),-Xencall,-REISift, REIReply, Aircall, Launch Control, Freedom soft, Popstream,Mojo Dialler,Privy, Podio SMARTPHONE and marketingplex,  Also working in a different US Time zone is not a problem for me because prior to working as a VA I have 6 years of experience in BPO companies handling different lines of business in customer services like Technical support, Finance, Sales, Retention, and International which make me tag as one of the Hybrid agents during those days and I also got the opportunity to be promoted as a supervisor and transition advocate in top Telco accounts like Tomb, Sprint, and AT&T which I believe it is one of my edges from the other candidates and most of all  I never had any issues with my attendance and I am also prepared for any reasons that might cause me not to go to work because I also have a backup for my internet and spare laptop to use. Because having a job is not just a career, but it is a responsibility.
