Profile Description

As someone who had been in the BPO industry for quite a long time, the excursion built a strong foundation in customer service, particularly in handling numerous complaints.

At Sykes Ph, I handled three (3) different accounts.

1st account: Travel (Hotel Reservation, Change, and Cancellation); US-based
2nd account: Pro IQ (Insurance coverage, e.g., Auto, Life, etc.); US-based
3rd account: JustEat (Food Delivery); UK-based

I would say each one of them greatly played a vital role in my professional growth, not only as an agent but as a person in totality. In fact, the experience brought out the best in me and altered how I used to deal with things.

I'm currently working as an administrative aide while doing a part-time job as an instructor at a local university. On weekends, I am deepening my knowledge through pursuing a Master's Degree in my field of specialization, and I see this platform as a perfect avenue to showcase my skills.
