In my prior job experiences in the customer service industry, I gained extensive experience across several facets of this field.
Among my peers, I’m known for being approachable, personable, patient, and driven. I always strive to improve my skills, learn on the job, and deliver enjoyable experience for the client/customer I'm working for.
Additionally, I was also assigned to different departments for several months where I was able to efficiently provide support to customers via Live Chat while being a Case Manager from our Complaints department.
