Profile Description

I started my career as a call center representative where I learned to do multi tasking. We process customer's concerns while talking to them and navigating multiple tools. After a year and a half I was hired as a Product Trainer when I learned how to use MS Office applications. We use Outlook to send emails and schedule meetings. We use Excel as well to organize the data of the agents that we train. On my current job role, we explore on different applications which help us create interactive instructional materials and we also analyze data based on the needs of our clients.
