My background as a Virtual Assistant in different fields of work has provided me with the strong knowledge base necessary for this job. Recently, I worked as a CSR under a medical insurance transportation in a BPO company. I gather information of their appointment for me to book their transportation to their doctor. This job let me researched for their resident address, phone number, nature of the appointment, address of hospital and phone number in United States. After gathering it all, will book a the reservation so they have a ride for their appointment day. Then, I also worked before as a Customer Service Representative. My account was "UberEats". I catered those concerns of every customer especially for those who didn't get their orders and asking for a refund. I also helped them with their account if there is any technical issue. I offered them with the best quality of customer service. I rest assure that I resolve their concerns or problems to maintain their trust as a loyal customer on the company. After a year as a CSR I was promoted as a supervisor for the said account. My job is to assist my colleagues for their concern and also doing the tasks provided by my Operations Manager; like providing them reports such as the root cause analysis of the bad score of the team and providing action plans for the betterment of the team.
