Profile Description

I been working in a BPO for almost 4 years. Two years as retention specialist for a telecommunications account and 20 months as a quality assurance/compliance analyst.

As part of QA/Compliance my task is to overview compliance policy, security awareness, and fraud Upgrade to see actual infovelop and execution of compliance process's is also part of it. Also, I am responsible in providing updates and create reports to my superior and other department and operations to effectively create action plans that will help improve performance, stability and to create a fraud free environment.
