Assisting customers to update their information to the system and portals including adding or removing dependents, updating their insurance plans, and even terminating if requested. I've also experienced setting up appointment for customer who needs to see the doctor and assist them if they need to reschedule.

On this field, we update the information we recieved from the customer on the system and send them also to the other carriers to match on the system so as to avoid any issue when they claim their insurance.

Customer Service is my most of my experienced when I started working in a call center industry. Most of my task is to provide support to customer on which we got a good ratings in return.
