I have been working online since 2011. I have worked as an Virtual Assistant/ Admin Assistant/Accounting Assistant for various employers. I have also managed projects and employees. My previous employers were from different fields like Marketing, Online business and Sales.
I am an expert with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and Windows operating systems and Mac OS. I also have a wealth of experience using InfusionSoft, Google Drive, Xero and Dropbox. I have a good knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting, basic accounting, proofreading, payroll administration, invoicing, quality assurance and social media management. I also do video editing, audio editing and transcriptions.
I am really passionate about computers, gadgets and new technologies. I am very computer literate and tech savvy, fast and accurate encoder - can type more than 60 WPM. I have a friendly, optimistic and professional demeanor. I learn fast and I multitask. I am very much open to changes and additional tasks/projects that the client has for me.
