Profile Description

I have been a creator and agency management operations for one of the top mobile application video editing tools. I help the client on the admin side to micromanage the creators and agencies and to make sure that the operations run smoothly in that they can prioritize the performance of their business. I am a 1-year-old part-time worker at this client event if I am still a newbie I have proven that I can bring added value to the business since I was able to instill that I am reliable and produce high-quality service.
My tasks involve communicating efficiently with creators and agencies, monitoring and analyzing performance, brainstorming, and planning with the team on how to improve the operations, collaborating with other teams to produce projects that benefit the business, inputting data and maintaining accurate records, training, and motivating agencies so they can manage their team that produces great products, producing materials such as posters and videos to be posted on the application and social media platforms. Lastly, reporting the accomplishments and problems encountered by the team.
I am proficient in writing and conversing in the English Language. I also received two semesters of learning the basics of the Spanish Language which I enjoyed learning. As a computer science student, I am knowledgeable in coding and programming. I also enjoy doing web designing and web development.
