I started my career with a corporate company handling inbound and outbound calls under the account with GE in Iqor Philippines. My main role is to collect due account from the customers and provide a payment options for their convenient.
After then, I worked with EGS, a healthcare account handling inbound calls. My main role is to
make sure customer's issues will be addressed at the end of the day and provide high satisfaction customer service. We provide accurate information in terms of the health benefits of the patient of the professional Doctors.
I've also worked in Concentrix with 2 seasonal accounts. Firstly, with Amazon as a Customer Service Representative, we provide excellent customer service in terms of tracking their online orders and lastly I 've worked from home with the account of Walmart Vaccine Support. In here, we provide accurate information to the customer who would like to inquire about the Covid Vaccine.
I also worked as a Booking Coordinator under the account of Smoke Alarms Australia for over a year. With this, we book an appointment with the tenants on behalf of the Technician's schedule day by day. Lastly,
In general experience, I have learned to be very organized, patient, understanding, and always positive at delivering whether good or bad news. I have learned to be analytical and a problem solver when it comes to handling different issues and finding the correct resolution efficiently.
