Profile Description

I have extensive experience as an Inside Sales Agent. I've been for one of the biggest real estate / investment firms in Omaha, NE, over the course of the last 10 years. I was tapped as trainer and manager for virtual assistants for a line of business under the same brand until I requested to be relegated. My experience denote my capacity to work from the grassroots, excel at it, propel to a level where I’m entrusted a team and lead it beyond its goals.
I have excellent communication, management, decision making and marketing skills.
In hindsight, I also have experience in communications training, quality assurance, tech support and customer service.
