Profile Description

- Proficient in MS Office 365 and Outlook
- Provide technical support via email and/or call to clients related to issues being encountered in the application/website
- Test the application/website related to patch updates and releases
- Investigate critical issues encountered in the application/website (e.g., issues related to data, build/functionality, APIs and IIS/server)
- Proficient in MS SQL (T-SQL) and ETLs
- Able to create and execute PostgreSQL scripts
- Able to handle GCP (Google Cloud Platform) deployments and workloads
- Able to create, execute and review DAGs (Airflow)
- Able to automate website testing using Eclipse (Selenium) as the framework and Java as the language
