- Experience in cold calling and lead generation- Proven track record in outbound sales and inbound sales
- Proven in generating qualified prospects using cold email, cold calling, and SMS- Maintain accurate records of your sales activities and provide regular reports to management- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven in building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiar with CRM software, Sales tools, Calendly, Upgrade to see actual info, Google sheets, Canva , Slack and other tools
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- 8 years of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on providing excellent service to customers, resolving their issues, and maintaining positive relationships.

Adept at building and nurturing customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets through effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Skilled in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze data to improve performance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving customer satisfaction.
