Profile Description

I worked as a web and graphic design, lead generation, dashboard design, and back office training specialist for 2 years. I teach people how to create restaurant and hotel websites when it comes to web design. I also show them how to make widgets and website interactions. I teach them how to make flyers, posters, postcards, and table tents for graphic design. I teach them how to scavenge leads using Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media sites for lead generation. I teach people how to update a restaurant's menu using their dashboard for the dashboard and back office. I also volunteered as a social media manager at a sales company back in 2020 where I personally create the contents that we post on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

I am well-versed in and have worked with various customer relationship management softwares such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Zoho Zendesk. I am also familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Duda, Wordpress, Wix, Figma, Canva, Google Sheets, and all other Google workspaces. I'm also familiar with updating menus on the Toast website.
