Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for 5 years and most of the accounts that I handled were in online retail (eCommerce) - HSN and Target. I did order taking, tracking orders, issue refunds but I specialize in order verification. I review flagged transactions generated by the fraud detection systems and determine risk. Analyze transaction patterns and respond quickly to high-risk situations. I also identify changing fraud trends, verify account activity to prevent fraud loss and customer satisfaction as well as customer inconvenience. Currently, I am working as a Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager to a book coach, author and teacher. I also work as a Non-voice Appointment Setter. I am familiar with ConvertKit, Upgrade to see actual info and Pipedrive. With this, I always have these things in mind.
