*Creating/modifying Templates for operations Daily metrics, Scheduling, Time Keeping System(TKS), agents' daily tracker, adherence file, etc.
*We monitor agents in real-time and make sure to set the right number of agents to take calls daily.
*MS office application is the main tool that we always used as we are doing reports like UA reports(Present Vs Absent), daily metrics of all agents and Team Lead, etc
*Organizing is my favorite task - I'd like to make sure that things are running and that nothing has been missed out on to avoid hiccups.
*I’m a multi-skilled person, but it will be challenging for me to apply for this Job as this is my first time working on a freelance site and used to work in a big company.
