I've been expose to several services of the BPO Industry. For 3 years I was a customer service representative, 2 years for non-voice accounts such as data conversion, basic virtual assistant work and some admin work as well as a little exposure on social media marketing. I also conduct some language and project training's. I did handle 3 batches for the Spanish Language Training and some project training in the company that I have work for. Also, I had a short exposure on Financial Marketing.
Experience: Less than 6 months
It's was a month of email support wherein I answered and help the queries of the clients.
