I have over 11 years of work experience in Customer Service. I joined the Freelance Industry early 2016 starting as an Appointment Setter for an Alarm Testing company based in Australia and as a Customer Support Associate for a start-up American company. I also have background in Property Management and working with Executives, and my freelance work experience is mostly from helping build processes for start-up companies.I am proficient in using Zendesk, Shopify, Upgrade to see actual info, Amazon Seller Central, Intercom, Slack, Asana, Trello, Process Street, Symphony Commerce, Agorapulse, Calendly, and G-Suite. I have worked mainly with clients across United States and Canada, and have also worked with clients from Australia, and New Zealand. I also handled accounts that cater to International clients including Asia and the Middle East like eBay, Cisco, JustFab, Kettle and Fire, Upgrade to see actual info to name a few.I prioritize communication to make sure I understand your objectives and your ideal outcome. I enjoy working on challenging projects and my focus is to help organizations connect with the human element of business, to make meaningful connections and provide delightful experiences.
