Virtual Assistant

As an accounts receivable, what I usually do is prepare and record the daily sales report, conduct a monthly sales audit, and conduct bank reconciliation. I am also a reliever for the accounting secretary with a clerical task. 

In my previous position, I was responsible for ensuring that everything proceeded according to plan as an assistant. I help my boss with daily tasks, prepare papers (such as contracts and demand letters), keep track of daily meeting plans on calendars, and prepare and oversee various clerical tasks like liquidations and reimbursement requests.

I also became an HR officer at my previous employer. And as an officer, I have many duties because I am the one who makes their employment record, salaries, and benefits. I was also the one who conducted interviews and administered new employees. I also handle the company's petty cash and make expense reports every end of the month.
