I assisted 10 to 15 American customers in a day through a phone conversation wherein I helped them open a new account, highlight the benefits and features of the service I'm offering, guide the purchase and close the sales with complete onboarding. Along with that I provide them with the best customer service experience. 

Since I am part of the Sales, I
encountered some customers who had some disputes and concerns about their account, after resolving their issue, I usually do upsell to help the company make more sales. I normally show ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, EMPATHY and REASSURANCE to those difficult and upset customers. Bringing these elements together is a tested and a proven way to handle them.

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions.
