Profile Description

During my career, I have held several positions including Solar Sales Representative, Customer Service, Appointment Setter, and Project Coordinator. In my previous roles, I was responsible for contacting City/County building departments to facilitate permit payments for solar panels using credit cards. I also handled phone inquiries and responded to emails. Additionally, I monitored the permit process until issuance and guided customers through the entire procedure, including scheduling the final inspection of solar panels. These positions required me to possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
I am proficient in using tools such as MOJO, 8x8, Slack, Upgrade to see actual info, Enerflo, and Proflo.
