degree in Human Resource. I am with BPO industry for almost 8yrs. I am working
as a customer representative, technical support, escalation healthcare billing,
SME, Quality Analyst and I used to be an sales agent in real estate. I am a highly motivated person and I enjoy learning new
things every day. I used to be a real estate virtual assistant for 2 yrs. Constant change is a no-brainer for me as I can easily adapt
to a new environment. I always put quality to my work and do it efficiently. On
top of that, I can produce results while working independently even with
minimal supervision!

I am also open to new learnings that can improve my skills and to help for the
betterment of the company. I focus on my job well to provide good outcome.
