Profile Description

I have extensive experience in customer service, mainly with inbound calls, email support, and appointment setting. Working in customer service is very important, especially when we resolve their concern. As a freelancer, I also want to make sure that I will help your company achieve its goals.
I've worked with multiple clients already, to name a few: health insurance, car insurance, solar panel companies, home warranties, and a real estate company. Working with the above-mentioned clients, I can say we made improvements to their company.
Due to my experience, I had a chance to work as a supervisor in customer service at my previous job. I handled awesome people and made them better than they were before. I also to administrative task like handling emails, office 365 and calendar management.
Based on the above-mentioned skills, I want to showcase them and make sure that my future clients will be satisfied with my performance. For my future clients, I will make sure that we focus on when and how our company will succeed.
