I worked as a Travel Support Ambassador at TDCX in Cebu City. In this position. I am responsible for assisting the Guests and Hosts with their travel booking’s complications, technicalities, support and solutions. Over the past four years and months of experience in the company, I have gained ample experience in the field of travel communication and assistance, commitment and relationships. I was able to connect with more than thousands of people around the globe. The opportunity of meeting with them is a great factor of knowing their cultures and beliefs which makes me fully aware of what service they need for their travel plans.
These are the things I've usually done in helping the Guests and Hosts with their reservations:
1. I helped the Guests on how to book a reservations, update their Airbnb profile information, change the dates of their reservation, cancellation of the booking, assisting the payment to their Hosts, change of payment method, payment did not go through, travel insurance, providing coupon, disputing reviews, rebooking assistance, contacting their Hosts if they encounter problems with amenities, safety, discrimination, cleanliness and odor, maintenance, pests and bed bugs infestation, late and early check in and check out, unresponsive Hosts during check in time, accessibility issues, extenuating circumstances, I helped the Guest in cancelling the reservation in the middle of their stay prior for long term reservation or even short term, reimbursement for hotel rebooking. I also provide guidance to the Guest of how Airbnb works and its terms and conditions and policies or rules etc.
2. I helped the Hosts with updating their listings' information and descriptions, house rules, payout method, payments from the Guests, cancellation, listing maintenance, cleanliness, amenity issues, refund to the Guest through resolution center, helping in mediating with the Guests for their reservation concerns, late and early check in and check out of the Guest, unresponsive Guests during check in time, reimbursement for damages, fees from unauthorized pets, Guests and party, missing items, helping the Hosts with cancelling the reservations for one time courtesy, providing information of price, waiving cancellation penalties, special offer/discounts, managing the calendar, syncing the calendar from other platforms like VRBO, changing the address, snoozing/deactivating the listing, unblock or block the dates. I also helped the Hosts in providing the needed information to boost his listing and reach the SuperHost status etc.
