Profile Description

As a Shopify Store Manager, I am responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining Shopify stores to ensure smooth operations, strong user experience, and improved conversions. My role focuses on aligning store structure, products, and customer flow with business goals. Key tasks include:

Store Setup & Management: Managing Shopify store settings, navigation, collections, and overall structure to keep the store organized and easy to navigate.

Shopify Product Listing: Creating and managing product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and variants to ensure clarity and consistency across the store.

Customer Experience Optimization: Improving store layout and flow to provide a smooth and intuitive shopping experience.

Conversion Optimization: Identifying friction points within the store and implementing improvements to increase engagement and completed purchases.

Theme & Layout Management: Customizing Shopify themes while maintaining responsiveness and brand alignment.

App & Tool Integration: Installing and managing Shopify apps to support automation, functionality, and performance.
Inventory & Order Monitoring: Monitoring inventory levels and order status to support smooth fulfillment processes.

Performance Monitoring: Reviewing store analytics and customer behavior to guide store improvements.
Testing & Optimization: Running A/B tests on product pages and store elements to improve performance.

Trend & Platform Updates: Staying updated with Shopify features and eCommerce best practices.
In addition to Shopify store management, I also have experience in graphic design, video editing, social media management, media buying, and creating engaging content, allowing me to support both the operational and marketing sides of the business.
