Profile Description

A social media content moderator for 4 years who is goal-oriented and a team player. Focused in maximizing free time turned to productive hours because I believe in the effectiveness of continuous learning through continuous experience. I am motivated in the field of social media management and Facebook ads management where my experience as a platform content moderator and data analyst may come in handy. I have content analysis, assessment, management, production, control, and strategy skills, and I am fluent in written and verbal communication. I have basic editing skills using Capcut, and can use Microsoft Office applications proficiently. I've had adhoc tasks of being a POC for managing reports, team data, and guiding newly trained members of the team to ensure team productivity, quality and other metric targets will be met once they tenure, was tasked similar to an SME which handles policy and content assessment support every now and then, and also been handling adhoc tasks as Quality Analyst of the team and provide support for queries on enforcing policies in a way that clients are provided with quality work in a certain amount of time. I can work well with others and can work on my own efficiently with the best of my knowledge, abilities and resources.
