By means of this letter I would like to inquire about the possibility of filling an outstanding job position at your company. My preference would be to fill the position of Customer Support.

I was working as Customer Support and Sales Representative at Concentrix in Cebu City. In this position I am responsible for answering queries, perform technical troubleshooting, and upgrade for sales. in addition to that, I am working as a healthcare provider service advocate at Optum that handles medical claims inquiry, member benefits and eligibility inquiries, and answers intake/prior authorization needs.  Over the past 7 years, I have gained ample experience in the field of handling customers, multi-tasking, and resolving concerns.


I would describe myself as someone who is goal-oriented. Combined with my experience, I believe that I can make a valuable contribution to your organization. | see this position as the perfect next step in my career. In the position, I expect to be able to develop myself further as a professional.
