Bank Employee - CSR New Accounts & Teller

 Receives cash box from the cashier and verifies totals denominations  Accepts over-the-counter transactions (deposits, withdrawals, encashments, bills and loan payments) of either cash or local checks and foreign checks  Accurately process customer cash, check, fund transfer, and statement transactions, with a balanced or reconciled drawer  Attends to client’s request, queries and concerns (customer service) over the phone and walk in  Greet and guide customers in a friendly and professional manner and managed to deliver satisfactory service even in full loaded transactions  Acts as Deposit Pick Up Teller (Roving Teller) when needed  Vouching of documents and other posting media  Assists in overall balancing of reports  Maintain appropriate files and records by ensuring data and information are filed and recorded in an efficient manner  Accountable and liable for all the things found inside especially all the cash on the teller’s booth during duty  Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor

Proficient in MS Excel with a strong command of functions and formulas. Experiences in creating spreadsheets for financial analysis and computation.
