I am an experienced Ecommerce VA and Ecommerce Customer Support Manager specializing in dropshipping.

I am specially experienced in KPI evaluation for the team, data analysis on refunds and exchanges, formulating customer support workflow and optimizing the macros/templates and overseeing the dispute processes.
