3. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - In line with the type or jobs that I had before, I am knowledgeable in using these programs / application as it is needed in the reporting side of job.
4. Problem-solving Skills - Being someone who works in BPO industry, I have developed a unique skill-set that helps me to address challenging customer's concern while showing empathy over the phone. I can assess how to go around a situation that will benefit not only the caller but the company that I am working with.
