I am trained to use various EMR/EHR tools such as Practicefusion,  ACT,  Athena ggastro, Epic, Dentrix  and can be easily trained with others as well I am also well versed in benefits and eligibility verification, medical and dental reception, claims processing, prior authorization, prescription refills, medical lien negotiations and insurance underwriting assistance. I have also worked as a customer service expert for over 15 years. I am a well rounded person that can manage your clinic, talk to your patients, answer your calls and emails and manage your schedule and so much more.  What I love about my profession working as a medical assistant is that I get to see people heal and feel alive again. These experiences helped me build my character and taught me to be more patient, develop empathy, and manage and maintain good relationships.  I ensure smooth operations within the medical practice, enhance patient satisfaction, and allow healthcare providers to focus more on patient care.
