Good day ahead i signed up on this website as i'm looking for an organization that offer a remote job and with a competitive environment that can challenge me on a day to day basis. so much for the introduction. I have 5 years of solid experience under customer service in Travel account Health account (both of those are using dos base system). and current im a banker to one of the biggest bank in United states. Let me tell you my previous task on those jobs.
1. Travel account ( USA and Canada based)
This is actually My first job. Where in my task is after sales catering the concern of our valued customer for cancelling rebooking of flights and as well as booking new customers both flights hotel car rentals and ticket reissuance.
2. Health account (Australian company).
This is my second job which caters the pathology records of our customer. other than that we encode the information of our clients. submitting their test request for bulk billing to Medicare (Goverment Health insurance) and also pricing of the test if not covered submitting to their insurance ( if exist). emails as well to our partnered clients all across Australia.
Financial account. ( United states)
This is my current job which is a pure customer service and i am working under one of the biggest bank in united states which assists our customers on all banking concerns.
