Profile Description

For the past eight years, I have been a customer service representative. As an agent, my job entails giving clients or customers advice or information in my particular area of expertise. Health Care, Amazon (online shopping), and an Energy Retailer account from various states and nations (US, UK, Australia) are just a few of the accounts I've managed.

Over my 8-year career in the BPO industry, I was able to develop a skills that have improved my capabilities. These include my proficiency in using the English language to communicate, my professionalism and adaptability, my ability to provide exceptional customer service, my business savvy, my ability to manage my time effectively, and my product and service knowledge.

As a Customer Representative Agent, I used to excel at work by taking the initiative, making sure to solve problems quickly and effectively, having the ability to multitask, and paying close attention to detail. I also provided excellent customer service, had excellent phone and email skills, as well as quality control abilities, and most importantly, contributed to my team's performance as a Upgrade to see actual info exchange, I've previously received awards and been given a certificate of recognition, which allowed me to advance my skills in a different field of employment.
