I work as provider services for a year under BCBS and then after that I moved to other company to work as claims analyst for 10 months in claim. I handle 2 Facility before for the first 4 months it's providence hospital in texas and for the rest 6 months I handle claims for Prospect CCMC and DCMH. My task is to make sure that the facility claims will be paid or process accordingly if there's any denial what I do is to know the problem and resolve it within timely manner.
