I worked almost 4 years in BPO industry with 2 accounts, all were health insurances. HEALTHFIRST Health Insurance in New York handling acquisition and retention for a year and almost 3 years under Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey as a customer service associate and was promoted after a year as an Escalation Specialist, where we no longer take regular phone calls but will take escalated complex issues and a supervisor calls requested by the member.
I am also a medical biller and collector of Physical Therapy Clinic! :)
