Appointment Setting/Lead Generation – Less than a year of appointment setting and lead generation experience using Google spreadsheets Docs, Sheets, MS Excel, Gmail, and Phone Power.
Virtual Assistant – 2+ years of virtual assistance experience using Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Salesforce CRM, Skype, MS Word and Excel, Ecquire, Smartsheet, Zoom, GoToMeeting, Zoho Mail, JivoChat, TeamViewer. Retail platforms include Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
Transcription – 8+ years of transcription experience for short or long audios including interviews, focus groups, lectures, speeches, seminars, single speaker notes, memos, dictation, physician’s notes, phone/conference call utilizing Otter.ai, Express Scribe, Dropbox, Upgrade to see actual info, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Search, and MS Word.
Customer Service – 1+ years of customer service experience for e-commerce accounts such as Shopify and Amazon (support mediums – email, chat, and phone) using tools such as Avaya phone, Zoho Mail, and JivoChat.
Recruiting – 2+ years of recruiting experience utilizing tools such as Hubstaff, Facebook, Craigslist, LinkedIn, Indeed, Google spreadsheets, Skype, MS Outlook 2016, Google Drive, and mobile phone for sending SMS to applicants.
