I've been in the BPO industry for almost 5 years and I worked in different accounts inbound and outbound, all of it were voice accounts with international clients. I've been a customer representative and technical support for telco accounts and collections specialist for mortgage accounts. Most of the tasks I had here were attending to customers' queries and problems with services.
I transitioned my career into the RPO industry, initially serving as a Senior Recruiter and Credentialing Specialist before advancing to the role of Quality Auditor. Over the span of more than four years, I've collaborated with international clients.
As a Senior Recruiter, my responsibilities included sourcing qualified candidates based on specific job orders and assigned regions, conducting both initial and final interviews, and guiding candidates through the onboarding process until they were successfully placed.
In my role as a Credentialing Specialist, I was tasked with verifying and uploading all necessary credentials from applicants to our system for facility requirements. Additionally, I liaised with credential analysts for documents requiring special attention.
Upon being promoted to Quality Auditor, my duties shifted to overseeing the work of my tea
