I am a QuickBooks Level 1 & 2 ProAdvisor and QBO Bookkeeping Certified. I've been using this for almost a year now with US clients and 2 years in the Philippines as accounting supervisor.

As a bookkeeper of accounts payable, I record daily transactions like disbursements to computerize accounting system, such as QuickBooks, Xero and Asia. I prepare checks and release it to the suppliers. I assist in monthly closing processes. I prepare also a complete reportorial for payroll and tax preparation. Conduct inventory counting and variance reconciliation.

I have 19 years' experience until today, corporate and freelancing combination. I am an expert in Philippine tax business and income tax preparation for both Vat and non-Vat SMEs. This includes alphalist, vat relief and tax filing.

I was a one of the major users of Xero as an accountant in Okaju. I record every transaction in Xero accounting software reconcile and generate financial statements from it to be audited by our regular monthly audit of external auditors.

For 15 years of experience as a corporate accountant, we conduct monthly, midyear and yearly inventory counting and reconcile variances afterwards to ensure 100�curacy.
