Skills- I am familiar with Canva, and I use it to create product frames, shop decorations, and marketing layouts. This is also the layout I'm utilizing for a PowerPoint presentation and wedding invites.- I have minimal knowledge with google sheets, however, I am willing to learn some skills in using the application. -Processing product promotions, and discount on online platform
I am using Grammarly, and Ginger Writer in checking my grammar and spiels before sending it to customers. 
My accomplishment is to give the customer a great customer service. And reassuring, that no inquiries will hang up on my end.
