I have been working virtually for 5 years with US real estate companies, handling a plethora of tasks as Appointment Setter/ISA/cold caller Prior to that, I have a total of 7 years of BPO experience handling sales, collections, and customer service.
I'm continuously trying to hone my skills, and have been immersed in studying the techniques of being an effective and efficient cold caller, and keeping myself busy by learning and mastering how to use Canva, Excel, and exploring web design.
