I am in the customer service industry for 4 years. I handled inbound calls. After being a CSR, I step up as a Quality Analyst. I monitored calls, chats, tickets, and social media transactions. I conduct coachings weekly and monthly and do analysis reports. After being a QA, I step up again as a Trainer. I handle soft skills training and product training in our project. I have a basic knowledge of excel since we do quality analysis. I also have a background in canva for creating designs for announcements and process updates.
