Fractional or full-time project manager and automation builder open to early-stage founders. Fractional or full-time project manager and automation builder open to early-stage founders. Available evenings and weekends (PHT) for fractional work, and open to full-time engagements as well.
By day, I manage technical services delivery, migrations, upgrades, and product deployments, across distributed teams and clients. Outside that window is where fractional work happens, though I'm equally open to the right full-time opportunity.
My background: two years as the sole PM and ops lead at a US-based stealth startup, owning end-to-end delivery of 5 concurrent projects (~$1M total) with 4–5 person teams spread across four time zones. I also ran the full recruitment pipeline, 9 hires across engineering, ops, and marketing, while the CEO focused on revenue.
What I bring:
Automation (Claude + MCP, n8n, Make). I build automations that replace recurring manual work,
status updates, stakeholder reports, recruitment workflows, document generation, wired across ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and Gmail. At my last company I shipped a stack that fully replaced the manual project-status and stakeholder-update cycle. Reports run hands-off.
Project & delivery management. Roadmaps, sprint planning, milestone tracking, risk identification and escalation, and async-first documentation that keeps leadership informed without another status call. Proficient in Agile and Scrum, comfortable running sprints, retrospectives, and iterative delivery with small distributed teams.
Sourcing & recruitment. End-to-end pipeline ownership, sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding.

“For years, I maxed out my hours, got burnt out, and the quality of my work would start to go down. I decided to take the leap, hire correctly, and now it frees up my time to focus on growing the business.”
