Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry for over 7 years now with excellent experience in Technical Support, Customer Care, Sales and Retention.I am knowledgeable with major customer service softwares especially CRMs and also experienced in using multi-channel to engage with customers. Below are the following tasks from my previous jobs.

- Inbound/Outbound Sales & Upselling

I also worked as a Graphic Designer and still do freelancing if I have leisure time. I am knowledgeable with Adobe Applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Indesign, Premier Pro and After Effects. I am also proficient in using other Graphic Design Software including Canva, CorelDraw and Blender. I have experienced in designing logos, branding,
packaging design, advertisements etc.
Currently, I am working as a Key Account Manager for the biggest E-commerce platform in South-east Asia. I have strong Key account management skill set including, Marketing Strategies, Affiliate Marketing, Brand Development, Strong Analytical Skills, Firm relation with the clients to support their growth in the e-commerce platform.
