I have vast experience in Healthcare Business and been in the BPO industry for more than 5 years providing best customer service. I handled different programs such as Healthcare, Food delivery, Satellite Cable and Retail. Expert in inbound and outbound phone call, email and chat.

I am well experienced using SFDC and Aprima EMR. Very familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher). Spent years using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Skype and Google Sheets.

I am very keen on details and I really want to make sure that before submitting a task, it was double checked or almost perfect. I am very comfortable working with a team and I always take care of the credibility of our department in providing accurate and efficient work.

I am fine with a fast-paced environment and I can work independently with minimal supervision.
