Profile Description

With my roughly 7 years of experience of working in BPO, I've handled different platforms. I handled TelCo accounts, I was a Technical Support, I handled financial account and for the most recent job I had, I helped the company grow by doing lead acquisition. I also did accounting for couple of clients including payroll. I've spent most of my work experience working in different platform of Quickbooks. I am trained in Qyickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online. With those experiences, I was able to hone my skills like critical thinking. This is where I was able to take a lead to a specific project. I was able to complete it by getting recommendations from my team and being open with feedback.
