Profile Description
My present position as a College Instructor allowed me to hone my skill in research. My researches focused on issues related to gender and development as well as workplace engagement and satisfaction.
Additionally, my more than 6 years experience working in a corporation as office manager also developed me to become highly organized, proactive and a problem solver with high level of initiative.
Both these experiences provided me with in-depth knowledge in the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) processes and procedures.
I have been one of the driving forces behind the successful acquisition of an ISO Certificate.
Therefore, my RESEARCH SKILLS AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS are the perfect combination of skills that I can offer to any organization in order to assist/help them achieve their goals.
Lastly, I am not only a good team leader but I am also a good team player. This is because I am a believer than one cannot be a great leader, if one cannot be a good follower.
