I am a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant and Reporting Analyst with nearly 10 years of BPO and remote work experience, including leadership and analyst roles at Expedia. My background combines customer service, data management, and administrative support, giving me the flexibility to handle both client-facing and back-office tasks.
Currently, I work as a Reporting Analyst where I manage and analyze large datasets in Excel, prepare KPI reports, and create summaries for leadership. I am also a part-time Virtual Assistant for a travel agency, assisting with bookings, itinerary updates, email handling, and maintaining spreadsheets for reservations and expenses.
I have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data comparison, and reporting) and I’m comfortable using Google Sheets and online tools to organize information. My experience includes updating raw files, consolidating data across multiple sheets, and tracking employee work hours to keep databases accurate.
