I have always been passionate about providing quality service.I am a license Professional Teacher here in the Philippines but I choose to work as a call center for almost 2 years in two different company. On my first job, I have proven the ability to multitask and use multiple devices/ tools and other technical devices while providing exceptional customer service. I have gained valuable experience in providing good quality service and developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content. My excellent communication through chat and calls have enable me to be awarded as a top performer on my account. In addition to this, on my last job as a customer service representative I was able to learn new skills and utilizing different tools such as CRM, Zendesk, and Admin tools. I was also assign on setting an services appointment in the store for our customers and answering customer inquiry via email, chat, Instagram, and Facebook. Throughout the experience and the workload that I have I was still ace to be a top performer while making sure that I aUpgrade to see actual infoeting the needed quota or requirements by our client.
